In a bit of Pony Club news from this weekend’s annual meeting, we want to wish a quick congratulations to Loranne Ausley for being inducted into the 2012 United States Pony Club Academy of Achievement at the PC annual meeting this year held in New Orleans. Loranne was an avid pony clubber and eventer before she became an elected Member of the Florida House of Representatives for 8 years. Loranne’s sister, Sally, was the founder of Red Hills Horse Trials and ran it for 10 years with Sylvia Ochs. The above photo also shows current pony club members Elizabeth LoChiatto (B Old North Bridge, CNER) and Katherine Platt (C3 Old North Bridge, CNER) who are National Youth Congress members.
