Cheering for my buds at VAHT this weekend, I sadly won’t be able to attend, but I’ll be stalking the scoreboard with the rest of you. VAHT is my hometown event, and the place where I did my very first Eventing competition, so it holds a special place in my heart. Good luck this weekend everyone!

News From Around the Globe:

The second annual intercollegiate eventing championships kicked off yesterday at the beginning of VAHT. Last year, the University of Georgia red team took home the gold, but this year there are 17 colleges, 21 teams, and 81 riders vying for the top prize. The riders range from Beginner Novice to CIC2*, with a coefficient scoring system to account for differing levels. [Intercollegiate Eventing Championships]

Put this feed cart on your pinterest wish list for the perfect barn. We just got one of these Burlingham Feed Carts at the barn where I work and it is straight up luxury. It’s HUGE and can hold 240 lbs of grain in three separate containers, but it’s also really easy to wheel up and down the aisles to feed all the horses with maximum efficiency.
