Holy 17.6!

There’s been a lot of chatter about the 17.6 dressage score Michael Pollard and Mensa earned in their intermediate division at the Ocala Horse Properties Winter II Horse Trials, which ultimately helped them to an 11.2-point victory in OI-B. Thanks to our good friend The Horse Pesterer, we have some great game tape to study. David O’Connor has placed a heavy emphasis on accurate geometry in the USEF High Performance Spring Training Sessions and has worked with the riders on squeezing every last point out of a dressage test. I’d say Michael has taken David’s advice seriously! Michael also had a great day on Schoensgreen Hanni, winning the OI-A on a 36.4. Click here to view his dressage test on Hanni.
