**We had a brief technological glitch early on, with my name showing up as "Boyd", but we got everything sorted out just after Boyd joined us at 6:27. We are learning as we go, thanks for visiting Eventing Nation.**
This Eventing Nation live blog is brought to you by Old Dominion Equine Associates, a great veterinary practice serving the Central Virginia Eventing community. Old Dominion does work for all the top riders in the area and travels to all the major competitions.
Finally, a special thanks to Boyd's sponsors:

I have gotten some great feedback already about the live blog, and I know we had a ton of viewers. However, I would give myself about a B- for my execution in the live blog. I hit the wrong button when we were connecting Boyd to the live blog, and my name accidentally showed up as "Boyd" for about 15 minutes. I also provided too much commentary early on; I should have just jumped into questions from our viewers, and, once we did, things went very well. We also had some delay over the live blogging software, which we will fix for the next live blog. But, Boyd saved the day with some amazing quotes and I think it was a great experience for everyone.
When we do these live Blogs, I want to bring the riders, as they are, directly to Eventing Nation. Boyd is funny, a little controversial, intelligent, and always straightforward in person, so that's exactly what we gave you tonight. I was flat out laughing several times and I hope you were as well.
At Eventing Nation, we are operating at the very edge of technology, of news, and of inside information. Some people might be afraid to take risks, but we are not. With the Fair Hill live blogging and Boyd Martin as our guest tonight, we have set the bar very high for future content. I look forward to rising to the occasion.
