Wednesday Video from KPP: Eventers Star in Boston Olympic Bid Promo

The U.S. is making a bid for the 2024 Summer Olympic Games, and Boston is one of the cities on the radar. To get a leg up on the competition, #Boston2024 released this great hype video to show why their city should play host.

And who do we spy? Two Area I eventers! Lisa Cook tipped us off that her son, Andy, is in the beginning of the video playing the role of Paul Revere with his Novice horse Gracious Plenty. He hands the Olympic beacon off to Kerry Bosman and her Prelim horse Mango Bay.

How cool is that? “It was a fascinating process to watch this being filmed,” Lisa said. “Andy and his horse were on set for nine hours, resulting in 35 seconds of final video time. Both horses were complete superstars throughout the filming process.”

What do you think, EN? Boston, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles and San Francisco are also making a run for the host city honors. Which do you think would best play host to the 2024 Summer Games?
