After the FEI provisionally lifted the competition bans on Jock Paget and Kevin McNab following a tribunal meeting, Kevin McNab has been added to the list of riders on the Luhmühlen start list.

Kevin will be riding two horses this weekend: Fernhill Quality Street and his 2013 Burghley mount, Clifton Pinot. Originally, Australia’s Shane Rose was slated to ride Clifton Pinot, but Kevin has since replaced Shane on the entry list.

Clifton Pinot has been out competing this year since the horse suspension was lifted sooner than the rider suspensions. Emma Dougall took the horse out at both Aston Le Walls and Little Downham in the Intermediate divisions, and Pinot is a seasoned four-star campaigner who will be making his third appearance at Luhmühlen this weekend.

Emma Dougall has also been competing Fernhill Quality Street, taking the horse in the Intermediate at Aston Le Walls and Little Downham as well this year but withdrawing prior to cross country. The 10-year-old Irish Sport Horse gelding was originally entered to make his four-star debut at Pau last year but did not compete, so this weekend will be his official CCI4* debut.

Jock Paget has seven horses entered at Salperton later this month, including Clifton Promise in the Open Intermediate, which will be his first competition back since the suspension was lifted.
