Travel grant applications from the Broussard family are now open for riders who hope to compete in the CCI3* division at Rebecca Farms or to represent the US in international competition. Previous recipients of this award include Ellen Doughty and Katy Groesbeck, and this is a great opportunity for riders who are ready to step up and compete at the three-star level or above.
There will be two portions of the grant awarded: $20,000 awarded to several riders to compete at The Event at Rebecca Farms in the CIC3* division and $30,000 to an individual to help with the costs of competing internationally. This award will only be awarded for two more years, including 2014, so don’t hesitate to apply if you meet the application criteria.
Many thanks to the Broussard Family for their generous contributions to the eventing community as we continue to grow as an international force in the sport. Applications for this year’s grants are due on June 15.
