"Heart On My Sleeve" by Owen. April, 2014. Mixed medium - Manure on technical fabric.

I witnessed something magical this weekend – the start of an artist’s career. Owen’s first work, “Heart On My Sleeve” is sure to cause a stir in the fine art community. When the piece was viewed by a man in a black turtleneck and glasses, he was rendered speechless by the power of the piece. When he found words again, he turned and whispered to a friend “I… think she has… poo… on her shirt.” Evocative and raw, “Heart On My Sleeve” is a mixed medium work on a summer-weight riding shirt and signed by the artist with a self-portrait. Should you desire to own a piece of art-history, please contact me and I will put you in touch with his agent. Oh and um.. Happy Easter.
