I just got back from a fabulous vacation in Botswana – a seven day mobile horse safari in the Mashatu Game Reserve with the Limpopo Valley Horse Safaris, where we rode for six to eight hours a day and camped at night. We could hear the lions roaring in the night, but a campfire and night watchman kept the horses safe. Here are a couple of photos showing the view, with giraffes crossing the road in front of us and elephants in the riverbed below.
