It’s Olympic season this month, and while we’ll have to wait a couple more years for our next turn, one of our colleagues, John Kyle, is situated over in Italy for this edition of the Winter Games! John is, unfortunately for us, not commentating himself this time around, but he is overseeing many of the operations as a part of the Olympic Broadcasting Services (OBS) team. The OBS team plays a critical role in the delivery of information from the games, be it via broadcast or other media channels. You can follow along with John all throughout Milan Cortina here.
By the way, you can learn more about John, his career and thoughts on the evolution of the sport in our interview with him on The Go Eventing Podcast.
