One Big Thing: Area IV’s Cora Riley Honored with Young Rider Sportsmanship Award

It’s important to recognize good sportsmanship in our world, and Area VI’s Young Rider council has awarded one of its own an award to honor her contributions to the sport. Cora Riley was nominated by several Area IV members for this award. “She contributes so much to her community through her kindness and dedication to the sport, as well as fostering a nurturing environment for everyone in her life,” the Area IV Young Riders group wrote on social media. “She is a staple of sportsmanship and has been through a challenging year. Despite all this, she has never stopped supporting others, showing up to audit at YR clinics, and has always been a shining example of good sportsmanship and determination.”
Many congratulations to Cora and all of the other riders who represent our sport so well, each and every day!
