The Virginia Horse Trials have just come to a conclusion, and with that conclusion sadly comes the retirement of a person that has contributed much to our sport over the past years, dressage judge Lucy Eddins. So a little background on this. We, the Area 2 Adult Riders, did a fund-raising calendar for the Waredaca Training 3 Day in 2006. So we stripped nekkid to make money to continue the long format. Yeah, we’re that nutty. This weekend at the VA Horse Trials, our dear Lucy Eddins retired. The Ross’s put together a retirement dinner at the horse center for her to boot. And this was her calendar shot. Definitely a view from my horse.
