Uncle Mark turned 62 on Tuesday and celebrated a very happy birthday with his team in Chattahoochee Hills, Georgia. As Chelan wrote in her latest post, it’s just as important from a psychology standpoint for the teams to unwind at night as it is for them to focus during the day.
