British Eventing is pleased to announce the team that have been selected to represent Great Britain at the CCIO4*-S Nations Cup competition at Bicton between 27 – 31 May is as follows:
- Kirsty Chabert from Salisbury, Wiltshire with the 17-year-old bay mare Classic VI owned by John Johnston, Carole Somers and Kate Ward.
- Laura Collett from Cheltenham, Gloucestershire with the 15-year-old mare Hester owned by Lucy Nelson.
- Tom McEwen from Malmesbury, Gloucestershire with the nine-year-old gelding Shannondale Arnold owned by James and Jo Lambert.
- Tom Rowland from Cirencester, Gloucestershire with the 11-year-old gelding LB Mettaphor owned by Jo Handman.
The team will be accompanied by Chef d’Equipe Richard Waygood.
The British Eventing teams are supported by the British Equestrian Federation’s World Class Programme, funded by UK Sport through the National Lottery. The Programme focuses on identifying talent, developing potential and maximising medal-winning performances on the world stage.
