We heard from Clark Montgomery at Plantation Field in September that he was planning to base his business in the UK after the first of the year. All his plans seem to be falling into place, with he and Jess gradually selling off many of their possessions in anticipation of the big move. Loughan Glen and Universe stayed in the UK after Boekelo, and Sinead Halpin reported via Twitter this morning that Garrison Flash is headed to the airport for his flight across the pond today. I checked in with Clark to see how his plans for a UK base are progressing.

“Glen and Buzz have been on vacation in the UK since Boekelo. They have been living the high life at Christian Landolt’s yard with turnout in fields of deep green grass. Garrison Flash heads over today to get settled in too. I will be heading over straight from the convention in Colorado to start my winter training with Sandy Phillips and Carl Hester. As for the spring and beyond, I will be doing my level best to stay based in the UK. As with any move, this depends on the continued support from owners and sponsors and the successful growth of our business. We are hugely excited about this opportunity and are looking forward to sharing it with current and future owners and students.”
