Well, Eventing Nation, all good things must come to an end. After three full days of eating, breathing and sleeping Fair Hill, I’m trading in my boots for high heels as I attend a good friend’s wedding today. To say I’m disappointed I won’t be in Elkton to cover the conclusion of the CCI2* and CCI3* is an understatement, but I had a blast covering the event and I hope you all enjoyed the updates. I leave you in the very capable hands of Tori, who will be keeping you up-to-date on all your news from Fair Hill today. Jogs start at 8 a.m. this morning. CCI2* show jumping will be underway at 10 a.m., while CCI3* show jumping is set to start at 2 p.m., although event officials anticipate that the PRO Bareback Show Jumping Challenge might push back that time. Hannah Sue Burnett and Harbour Pilot lead the CCI3*, with Jennie Brannigan and Indie on top of the leaderboard in the CCI2*.
