It’s a fact that overdoing it in warm-up can be a real thing, and rather than tire your horse (and yourself!) out before you even get in the ring, use Leslie’s tried and true strategy, outlined here, to set yourself up for success.
The challenge of keeping lesson programs financially viable is a real thing.
