Brothers from Other Mothers
Sparrow’s Nio and Wil’Ya Love Me, both by the Connemara stallion Grange Finn Sparrow competed together in the Intermediate division at Loudon Pony Club Horse Trials last weekend. Nio, ridden by Allie Blyskal led after the dressage and a clean show jumping for Willy and Courtney Sendak had the brothers tied for second after two phases. An unfortunate hiccup cross country dropped Nio down the order but Willy’s 3.2 fault XC round earned him first place. These two promising almost ponies have busy fall seasons and bright futures ahead!
