EN John is doing a terrific job of re-capping all the action on the main page so I’m just going to get going and start downloading pictures and video and add comments as I remember them. Karen O Connor started the day off for everyone on a good note on her one star horse Sunset Paradise.
Karen had a good day, her experience stood her in good stead and I think she brought all her horses home clear. Mandiba looked like a different horse today from last year, absolutely focused on the job and “on”. Karen can ride so strongly without being aggressive and she looked on top form today too as well as her horses.
The corner at the top of the hill hardly caused any problems, although the flags got knocked down a few times. Both riders in these photos jumped clear.
Safety comes first at Red Hills, all the score runners on ATVs wore helmets.
Why walk when you can ride? Roger and Anne Haller’s labrador Maggie takes it easy
I was hoping to add on the video here, but that’s going to take a bit more time. Until then..thanks for having a look and I’ll have more up later I hope.
