The inaugural Scone Palace International Horse Trials (August 21-24) has announced the Georgie Campbell Foundation as its supported charity—a touching tribute that brings both heart and heritage to the event’s debut. Created in memory of the late 5* rider Georgie Campbell, who tragically died in a cross country fall in May 2024, the Foundation works to support young eventers and promote safer, more sustainable sport. Proceeds from guided course walks at Scone will benefit the charity, whose connection to Scotland runs deep through Georgie’s family history and her early cross country success at Blair Castle.
