A big shift is coming to the Carolina Horse Park for the 2026 Setters’ Run Farm Carolina International CCI4*-S and Horse Trials (March 19-22 – Raeford, NC)! We’ll see a location change for the FEI show jumping phase of competition, now taking place on the grass field area on the same side of Montrose Road as the dressage arenas. Until now, the FEI divisions have jumped in the Twin Gates Derby Field across the road, which also hosted the Carolina Club hospitality tent. This location was fabulous in its own right, but now the jumping will be located right in the main hub of the event. The Carolina Club will shift over as well, creating prime viewing for both dressage and show jumping, while cross country will continue to be held on the opposite side of Montrose. We also can’t help but think of the newly-opened cross country possibilities for Carolina International designer Derek di Grazia.
With the location shift, spectators and competitors, grooms, volunteers, officials, media and more will have a more concentrated area with easier access to vendors and stabling. Carolina International always boasts a strong trade fair and food court, as well as family- and kid-friendly activities throughout the weekend.
Carolina Club tickets are currently on sale, and entries for the Setters’ Run Farm Carolina International open on February 3. The event offers Novice through Advanced National divisions as well as CCI1*-S through CCI4*-S competition. The 4*-S is a US Equestrian Open qualifier as well as a key Defender Kentucky or MARS Badminton prep. You can view the Omnibus listing here.
