This past week, the first European FEI Frangible Safety Seminar for Course Builders was held at the Warendorf training facility. The two-day session featured leadership from Event Director, course designer and safety progressive Stuart Buntine as well as Mats Björnetun, founder and owner of MIM Construction AB based in Frändefors, Sweden. MIM Construction, has developed and produced crash-tested accessories for the automotive industry since 1986, and Mats’ connection to the sport led him to eventually develop the MIM clips that are now commonplace on courses all over the world.
