Good Morning Eventing Nation! I hope you stayed reasonably cool yesterday and your plans for today include lots of ice tea and air conditioning, as it’s going to be a scorcher. Mine don’t, although I’ll probably be wishing they did around noon today. You’ll find me and the rest of the team sweating it out at the Maryland Horse Trials sporting our trusty EN saddle pads. Correction: you could find us in EN logo wear if John had ever gotten around to placing that order back in January. You know, you’re lucky news gets up on this site everyday considering the glacial pace all the other affairs seem to move at. I’m only kidding, he’s actually a pretty good boss and he only yelled a little bit when I told him about giving his chinchilla away on a leash to this cute little kid on the street today.
