While we’ve enjoyed mild weather here in the States this weekend for Southern Pines and Poplar Place, eventers across the pond haven’t been so lucky. British Eventing canceled events at Gatcombe, Munstead and Stafford this weekend after up to a foot of snow fell in various parts of England. While the calendar officially says it’s spring, Mother Nature seems to be confused. With Punxsatawney Phil officially indicted in Ohio, who knows when we’ll see real spring weather here in the States. Stay warm, Eventing Nation.
