One Big Thing: 2026 AHP Equine Media Student Award applications are open!
If you are a high school senior or undergraduate student under the age of 25, now is the time to apply for this travel award to immerse yourself in the world of equine media! American Horse Publications has presented the AHP Equine Media Student Award since 1993 — a chance for students to gain recognition, networking and mentorship opportunities, and the support needed to launch a successful career in the equine media industry.
Applications for the 2026 award close on January 31, with the winner to receive a travel award to attend the AHP Equine Media Conference, as well as a complimentary conference registration and annual student membership.
