Exciting news from Maryland International at Loch Moy Farm! Andrew Heffernan is joining the team to take on cross country course design for Maryland International and all USEA recognized horse trials at Loch Moy Farm. Andrew, hailing from the Netherlands, has competed at the 5* level and has designed through the 4* level, including the prestigious Bramham International in England. We look forward to seeing his designs stateside in Maryland this year.
