It’s great to see Phillip Dutton’s Rio Olympic partner, Mighty Nice, enjoying the spa life this week. Mighty Nice, you may recall, helped Phillip win an individual bronze medal at the 2016 Games, an emotional moment not just for U.S. eventing, but also for the community who knew and loved Bruce Duchossois. Bruce owned Mighty Nice and passed away in 2014 before he could see his horse win an Olympic medal. Mighty Nice is enjoying his retirement now at the age of 21.

A stout field has descended upon beautiful Arville in Belgium for this weekend’s FEI Eventing Nations Cup. By the time you’re reading this, we’ll be close to kicking off dressage. Don’t forget to tune in live on ClipMyHorse.TV all weekend — the U.S. has sent a strong team and an individual in Sharon White and Claus 63. In total, 102 combinations representing 11 nations will compete at Arville, making it the biggest Nations Cup field of the year so far.
