Kim Seversen has a reputation for being very strong on the flat, and also for always being immaculately turned out. Today for the dressage at Rolex of course was no exception, Paddy almost gleamed he was so white. Sarah has worked for Kim Seversen since July, and calls Paddy her “great white masterpiece”. She kindly revealed some of her secrets to getting him so clean, on her way back to the barn.
After the first day, Kim and Paddy sit in 4th place on a score of 48.5. I’m really impressed by Sarah’s french braid in the forelock which were always beyond me, and I ended up just putting little plaits in that looked balls.
