But a plucky little moonwalking pony has been making waves since Three, a mobile phone network in the UK, launched a new ad campaign last week. The star of the commercial, a Shetland Pony named Socks, has since garnered 2.2 million views on YouTube. Socks has a few more tricks up his sleeve on ThePonyMixer.com, where you can make your own dancing pony video. Wieden + Kennedy, the London-based ad agency responsible for the commercial, hopes the moonwalking pony will help drive home the ad campaign’s slogan — “Silly Stuff. It Matters.” Go Shetland Ponies!
