The USEF just published its 85-page rulebook for eventing. While the rulebook covers every aspect of the sport — from legal bits to jump specs — the most critical part of the 2013 rules is the USEF’s excellent breakdown of the new FEI qualifications. I know the USEF has been working very hard to seek clarification from the FEI in order to publish the most accurate information possible in the rulebook, so I’d like to extend a big THANK YOU to those who developed the new language for the 2013 rulebook. While you’ll want to flip through the entire rulebook to view other updates and changes, the FEI qualifications start on page 72 and go through page 76.
