Matt Brown is the incoming Chair of the Professional Horseman’s Council. In a recent letter to the USEA membership, he says a “passion for our sport and a belief that we can evolve into a safer modern sport, while still maintaining our foundational principles” will drive the council to achieve its goals and ensure the future of the sport.
