January 27-28: Dressage Test Practice
NEW USEF Dressage Tests – prepare for the 2018 competition season by attending the 16th Annual Weekend Equestrian Program to be held January 27-28 at Chase Collegiate School in Waterbury, CT.  Over 50 presentations will be made on a range of topics including, but not limited to, colic, wounds, vital signs, dehydration, Lyme disease, USEF drug testing, and improving your test scores.  Specifically for eventers, talks will be offered on the new 2018 USEF dressage tests, conditioning for the lower levels, the warm-up at a competition, and how to improve the stadium phase.  For more information, including information on schedules and registration, go to: https://dressage4kidsorg.presencehost.net/programs/weekend-equestrian-program.html.

Two fun days of lessons, lectures and socializing at the beautiful Sprieser Sporthorse facility in Marshall VA.  January 16-18: Gemma Tattersall Clinic
Gemma needs no introduction; having just been announced the NUMBER 3 Rider in the World on FEI Standings. Notting Hill Stables, Reddick FL for show jumping days, Horse Power Equestrian for upper level xc and lower level xc TBA. Novice through Advanced. Groups will be 60-90 mins and semi privates 45-60 mins. $475 for two day SJ and XC groups Jan 16th and 17th. $275 for semi privates Jan 18th and $225 if additional SJ groups are added on Jan 18th. Lunch and beverages included! NO CHARGE FOR AUDITORS! Gift bags for each participant and for anyone signing up for 2 or more of our clinics this winter, you will be entered into a prize draw for a grand prize TBA. January 29-30: Clinic with Peter Gray

January 29-March 9: Lesson with Eric Horgan

February 6-7: Andrew Nicholson XC Clinic
Fredericks Equestrian is excited to present a one-off opportunity to learn from one of the best Cross-Country riders in the World. The Stable View Schooling Jumper shows are held on the first Wednesday of every month. The 2018 start time is 10:00am and competition will be held in the Outdoor Arena. Classes available 2’3″ – 3’9″.
