Right on the heels of Rolex and Badminton, the Jersey Fresh International Three Day Event has begun today with the jogs for the CCI3* and the CCI2* divisions. The competition is also hosting a CIC2* and CIC3*, however they have jogs only on Sunday morning, and most likely will be arriving on grounds later today.
Forty-one horses presented for the jogs this afternoon, 20 pairs in the CCI3* division, and 21 pairs in the CCI2* division. Sadly, Allie Knowles and Last Call, who were victims of some bad luck at Rolex two weeks ago, were not accepted. All other competitors passed with flying colors and go on to dressage tomorrow or Friday. Both divisions of 3* compete in the sand rectangle tomorrow, while both divisions of the 2* compete on Friday.
