Major news is shaking in the FEI General Assembly. Say goodbye to top hats as the FEI has officially put a foot down to require safety headgear on the flat. While helmets have become more and more common in the dressage, the move away from top hats will be a big change for traditionalists. FEI wants you to mind your melon.
