EN Cribs: Aiken Edition

The Great Exodus is underway, with thousands of eventers flocking south to train and show during the chilly winter months. Facebook and Twitter have been blowing up with drool-worthy photos of some of the best equestrian facilities in the country. EN Cribs will bring you an up close and personal look at these equine meccas. Are you lucky enough to be training at a beautiful facility in Aiken, Southern Pinces, Ocala or another southern horse haven? Send us photos and a write-up to [email protected].

In this inaugural edition of EN Cribs: Aiken Edition, we’re taking a look at Will Coleman’s stunning winter base at Quarter More Farm in Aiken, S.C. The grand prix field is large enough to accomodate two international dressage arenas, as well as a large jumping area. The open-stall concept in the 22-stall barn provides a wonderful airy feel to the barn, and the double-dutch doors on the back of the stalls allow the horses to see what’s going on outside. I’m also particularly loving that beautiful, bright tack room. What’s your favorite part of Will’s Aiken facility?
