#EventerProblems Vol. 205, Presented by Haygain: The Essentials

People argue that the barrier of entry for our sport is quite high, but it really doesn’t take that much. Mostly you’ll need a bit of grit and a sense of humor… and of course two saddles, two bridles, 12 hoof picks, 600 saddle pads, etc., etc. No wonder eventers are a bunch of pack rats! Sound on 📣 LOVING jumping my boy at the moment. Something has definitely started to click! He makes everything feel teeny too, it’s just trying to keep our canter calm so we can do little adjustments before a fence if needed. Honestly, a few months ago if Wally had got that close to the first part of the double, he would’ve just tanked down to the second part gung-ho!! Still lots to work on….and we had a super flat work lesson this week showing me where I really need to focus! (always that outside connection 🤣🤦‍♀️) . Thanks you so much to the lovely people at @koekibar_2018 for my EqueFocus supplements too! In all honesty, my jumping has significantly improved since I started taking it! 👍 . . . . . . #gifted #showjumper #training #eventer #eventerinthemaking #eventersofinstagram #eventersdoitbetter #eventerproblems #irishdraught #fedontopspec #irishthoroughbred #bay #baygelding #thebestbay #baybaycakes #scottishlife #countrylife #countryblogger #countrylifestyle #horsesofinstagram #showjumping
