The final day of Dressage is upon us! We all know you’ll be too busy tomorrow running around XC to take advantage of all the cool stuff going on in the trade fair, so use today to keep an eye on the scores AND check out all the cool stuff in the shopping zone! Remember, anything can be solved if you keep the black strip up, and to the left.

DON’T FORGET! All your Rolex needs will be met by moving your eyes to the right, and a little up, where we have all the links you could ever want. Additionally, the Rolex Guide 2013 will be updated all weekend long with all the information you can handle!

Red on Right, White on Left, Party in the Middle: Join Eventing Nation on cross-country day at Rolex for our first annual Reader Appreciation Tailgate Party! Festivities include free beer (21 and up), drinks and snacks, plus fun games and EN swag!!!! Look for the red and white cross-country flags in the tailgate section, and stay tuned to EN for more details.

Sending positive EN karma to Jennie & Ping for today!

New Area II Young Rider coach Sinead Halpin will be bestowing her considerable cross country “skillz” knowledge for a course walk today. Don’t miss the North American Young Rider Course Walk with Sinead Halpin at 2:30 p.m. Friday. Everyone will be meeting at the start box and EN sponsor, ERS-Eventing.com’s sister brand, Mountain Horse, is sponsoring the course walk!

Sadly, Piggy French has withdrawn Jakarta from Badminton for next week. Jakarta and Piggy were 2nd behind Andrew Nicholson two years ago at the event, and were hoping to come back for 2013 to thwart him on his road to a Grand Slam. [Piggy withdraws Jakarta]

Even though Twizzel didn’t get to come out and play this year at Rolex, you can still walk the course with his rather dapper partner, Will Coleman. Cavalor will be hosting a lot of fun events this year at Rolex including a course walk with Will Coleman Friday @ 4 p.m. (meeting at the Cavalor Booth) and a Sip N’ Sign Saturday @5 p.m. with all their sponsored riders attending Rolex! Follow them on Facebook for updates and times to go get an Olympian’s perspective on the cross country course and then sip some champagne or sweet tea while meeting some of your favorite riders! Also, stop by the Cavalor booth (#06) and see how you can be entered to win $250 by signing up for the Go Clean Challenge!

Jenni took some amazing photos yesterday from the Dressage arena, but just in case you weren’t satisfied, here are some more photos of the athletes to drool over. [USEA Dressage Day 1 Photos]

Prefer to walk the course with an Australian? We’ve got that too. SmartPak will be hosting their 9th annual course walk with Boyd Martin and Allison Springer on Friday at 3:30 p.m.! After the course walk, there will be an “Ask the Farrier” event with Expert Farrier Danvers Child, CJF. Follow them on Facebook to stay posted on all their special events. SmartPak has also expanded their booth this year so you can shop the great new products found in their spring catalog!

Be careful out there this afternoon, there will be a lot of course walks going on, and you just might not be able to decide which one is best! What about Ralph Hill & Eric Dierks…that one promises to be fun! FLAIR Nasal Strips will be hosting a course walk with Ralph Hill and Eric Dierks on Friday. The dynamic duo will meet at 3:30 p.m. at the start box so don’t be late! FLAIR will also be hosting a Ralph Hill signing earlier Friday at 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Moxie Equestrian booth.

SmartPak Product of the Day is in honor of one of the most interesting and effective trends seen in the Eventing world as of late: The Micklem Bridle. The Micklem Competition Bridle is ergonomically designed from the inside out to fit the shape of the horse’s skull. This is the most comfortable, flexible and effective bridle ever designed. Some horses absolutely love the effects, and while you should probably try before you buy, if you find that it works for you and your horse, you won’t ever go back to the normal noseband!
