Full Moon Farm’s USEA Recognized Fall Horse Trials closed out the Area II competition season with a bang. Horses and riders were able to enjoy many of Full Moon Farm’s amenities including a beautifully decorated show jumping course designed by Kathy White and new cross-country complexes including a new full coffin combination.
“The day went great! We were very excited to present the new additions to our cross-country course and we’re proud to say that the majority of competitors had a successful and positive day,” explained co-owner of Full Moon Farm, Karen Fulton.
Full Moon Farm offers many awards and prizes throughout the day with special awards given to FMF horse and rider combinations. The Regina Campetelli memorial trophy is presented to the lowest scoring Full Moon Farm rider in any division and this year, 27-year-old Spanky The Saint and his new owner, Maddie Mohn won the award in style.
The Area II Team competition program could be seen in full force throughout the day as well as FMF had an Adult Team division, Area II Training Team division, Area II Novice Team division and an Area II Beginner Novice Team division, which always adds a little more competition and fun.
If you haven’t had a chance to compete at Full Moon Farm, make sure to keep a close eye on their website calendar for schooling show dates!
