[UPDATE]: Allison Springer and Arthur had an unfortunate runout at fence 19B, the Rolex Combination. This fence has caught out a few pairs today; Allison got home but will be out of top contention.
Meghan O’Donoghue and Pirate were next on course and had a fall at the C element of the Malting’s Bounce & Corner. Both reported to appear ok.
Marilyn Little and RF Demeter broke the frangible pin at Malting’s Corner and came home clear otherwise. They were later assessed 21 penalties for breaking the pin, putting them into 9th currently. We’ve just learned that David O’Connor is appealing the penalties and that he is confident they will be removed.
Hannah Sue Burnett and Harbour Pilot made quick work of the course, coming home with the third-fastest round of the day to take over fourth place with just a few rides left.
