Seriously, how much of a bad ass is Andrew Nicholson? To take top honors at Burghley three times is an astounding feat. I’m starting to believe that it’s something in the waters of the southern hemisphere that makes for super-eventers. Sometimes I wonder if upper level riders ever get blasé about that kind of thing, but with a smile like that, I doubt they do.

Show Jumper Beezie Madden was a total rockstar at WEGs this week, picking up an individual Bronze medal. The final round for show jumping in WEGs is a unique format where the top four riders have to ride each of the top four horses.
