RNS Video has once again put together a great water complex compilation video, this time with footage from the Intermediate/Preliminary and Open Preliminary divisions at Champagne Run Horse Trials this past weekend in Lexington, Ky.
The first fence at the water complex, the jump in over a log at 16a, caused quite a bit of trouble, and you’ll see the riders handled their struggles there in a variety of different ways. Allie Knowles had a lovely trip through the water with her first horse, The Dark Mark, only to have her second ride, Komik, slam on the breaks at 16a. Be sure to watch to see how Allie handles the situation — very nicely done.
