Relaxing Wednesday’s News and Notes from Horse Quencher

As the week after Kentucky carries on, laundry gets done, phone calls returned, it is important to remember to catch up on the rest that everyone hasn’t been getting. Whether you were competing in Kentucky, spectating in Kentucky or just simply stalking results instead of doing your work, it is important that you remember that sleep is important and every once in a while it is OK to let yourself have a rest.
