Huntington Farm in South Strafford, Vermont held a successful event on July 9 and 10. Each day started with some rain, but by the time cross country started it had stopped. The footing held up except for one jump that was removed before Open Novice B on Sunday. Stadium jumping both days required some adjustments when the ground got sticky, but all competitors were able to have a positive experience.

The annual Read Perkins Trophy for the lowest score Preliminary rider went to Kimmy Cecere from Littleton, Massachusetts. The Jean Hamlin Trophy for Junior Young Rider Preliminary went to Laine Metz from Elliot, Maine. Anna Loschiavo from Bradford, Vermont won the Essie Perkins Trophy donated by the Strafford Athletic Association for the second year in a row. This trophy is given to the Senior Training lady low score rider.

As always, many thanks to Joan Davis/Flatlandsfoto for providing beautiful photos of the winners!
