Refreshments at Camelot!
Hot. Brain melting. Words too hard. 105+ degrees. Send ice. Shade. Functional air-conditioning. Anything. In all seriousness, my air-conditioner died on the first truly scorching day of summer and it has been miserable. Fortunately, someone is on the way this afternoon to fix it. Better yet, the bar is open at Camelot Equestrian Park and they have Strawberry Daiquiris this year. I’m not above driving two hours to see friends rock around the cross-country course while I sip on a frosty adult beverage. Actually, I sense a party in the making. Now, where’s my sunscreen?
