It’s cross country day! World class athletes will be taking to the galloping lanes all over EN, including Badminton. As we all know by now, Clark Montgomery has a firm hold on the lead, the first time an American has led after dressage at a European four-star since Sinead Halpin and Manoir de Carneville accomplished that at Burghley in 2012.. I’m sure David O’Connor was doing a happy dance last night, as he should be.

Here in Jersey, the CCI and CIC divisions will run cross country today, with the CIC divisions show jumping in the morning. It’s set to be an exciting day, and the weather forecast doesn’t look spectacular for either event, so here’s to safe rides and exciting results. Let’s get this started!
