It was an exciting weekend we will not soon forget down in Wellington for the $75,000 (soon to be $100,000!) Eventing Showcase. Boyd Martin took home the top honors once again, this time aboard the Blackfoot Mystery Syndicate’s Blackfoot Mystery. The strapping chestnut OTTB gelding made quick work of the Captain Mark Phillips cross country yesterday to seal the deal over Colleen Rutledge and Covert Rights.
