I’ve seen helmet cams used for all sorts of things these days, for surfing, for skiing, for bungee jumping…but never have I seen an ostrich and a helmet cam combined. Today, we bring you a video from the point of view of the ostrich jockey, Derek Bell, who rides “Ostracized” (not a joke) to victory in the ostrich race at Canterbury Park last year. Apparently, the park holds an “extreme racing day”, where they also have camel races. Enjoy this gem!
