France has named the seven combinations it is nominating for this year’s FEI Eventing European Championships, to be held at Blenheim Palace (GBR) September 17-21. The nominated combinations will take part in a training camp at Saumur at the start of September before final definite entries are decided. In the end, four pairs will ride on the team and two will ride as individuals.
- Sébastien Cavaillon & Elipso de la Vigne (11 year old male, Selle Français), owned by the Syndicat Elipso 2024, Group 1 FFE
- Luc Château & Cocorico de l’Ebat (13 year old male, Selle Français), owned by Laure Sudreau, Group 1 FFE
- Alexis Goury & Je’vall (11 year old male, KWPN), owned by Fanny Hamelin-Boyer and Michel Mitius, Group 1 FFE
- Karim Laghouag & Triton Fontaine (18 year old gelding, Selle Français), owned by Camille Laffitte, Guy Bessat, Philippe Lemoine and SARL écurie Karim Laghouag, Group 1 FFE
- Benjamin Massié & Figaro Fonroy (10 year old gelding, Selle Français), owned by Aurélie Losin, Group 1 FFE
- Astier Nicolas & Alertamalib’or (15 year old gelding, Anglo-Arab), owned by Aliette Forien, Pascal Ravery, Nicolas Paul and his rider, Group 1 FFE
- Nicolas Touzaint & Absolut Gold*HDC (15 year old gelding, Selle Français), owned by the Haras des Coudrettes, Group 1 FFE
