Equestrian Community Comes Together to Help Claire Davis

Seventeen year old Claire Davis was the unfortunate victim of a school shooting at Arapahoe High School on December 13. Claire remains in critical condition after sustaining a gunshot wound to the head. Meanwhile, news broke that Claire is a fellow equestrian, and immediately the equine community banded together to help her.

The Colorado Horse Park, CANTER Colorado and other members of the Colorado equestrian family have started raising funds for Claire’s Care. It is truly heartwarming to know that even in the times of the hardest struggles, the equine community remains small and dedicated to helping those in their time of need.

For the CNN story on Claire, follow this link. If you would like to donate to Claire’s Care, you can visit the designated PayPal website here.

The EN family would like to wish Claire the absolute best of luck in her recovery from a horror that no one should ever have to experience.

UPDATE: We had a few users alert us to the fact that the original PayPal link that we posted was not working. The link should now be correct.
