Hopefully everyone has been minding their melon since the popular Evention video was released a few months ago. International Helmet Awareness day, put on by Riders4Helmets, is coming up on July 12. In honor of this day, we are giving you the opportunity to win a Tipperary T2 helmet with our next summer contest.
Do you have an inspiring story about how you minded your melon? Did the #mindyourmelon campaign inspire you to start wearing your helmet every time you ride? Did a particular person motivate you to start wearing a helmet more? We want to hear about it!
What’s the scoop? Here’s the details:
What: One Tipperary T2 helmet is up for grabs with the #mindyourmelon International Helmet Awareness Day contest, sponsored by Tipperary.
When: Contest entries will be accepted beginning today through Monday, July 14 at 5 p.m. EST.
How: Send in the story of how you minded your melon, or how a helmet made a difference for you. Please keep your entries at 200 words or less ANDÂ include a photo of you minding your melon. You can send your entry and photo to [email protected] with the subject “#mindyourmelon.”
We will post the best stories for our readers to see, and the winner will be decided by a vote since the chinchillas don’t like to play favorites.
